New to these? Each card has its own step-by-step guide that walks you through creating the account from scratch.

Client Database

One record per client. Capture the closing intake at the table, then enrich the record over time — nothing is overwritten, the questionnaire fills in.

Listing Tools

Enter a property once. Return to it at each stage of its life — a branded card and a ready-to-approve post are built from the facts you already saved, so you never re-type the details.

Loading your listings…

New listing

The property (address anchors the record)
Photos (the first photo becomes the card background)
Lifecycle stage Advancing the stage is just a bookmark. Generating the post for a stage is a separate, approve-first step.
Open house details The post goes out as a Google Business Profile Event, so it stays live on your profile until the open house ends instead of expiring after a week. This date/time is captured just for this post — it is not saved on the listing (one home can host several open houses).
Open houses are usually worked on another agent's listing, so the post credits the listing agent and their brokerage by name.
This writes a draft post for the current stage and drops it in your approval queue. Nothing publishes until you edit and approve it.

Reviews waiting for your approval

Clients sent these from your review link. Approve to show a review on your website, or reject to discard it. Nothing appears on your site until you approve it.

Review links
Your reviews (social proof) Two parts. First, a per-platform badge — the star rating and how many reviews back it. Second, your own reviews typed in below. Most agents start with zero Google reviews on day one, so the ones you enter here are what visitors actually see. Saving replaces the whole set — remove a row and it’s gone.
View your live reviews page → See exactly how your reviews look to visitors. The page is always live — the link to it appears in your site’s menu once you have at least one review.
Ask a past client for a Google review
This is your one-click Google review link. Text or email it to a past client — it opens the review box on your Google Business Profile with the stars ready to go. New Google reviews show up on your site automatically after they post.
Email a review request to my past clients
We’ll write a short email for your whole past-client list — the Google-review ask, or a request for a written testimonial. It lands in your approval queue as a draft you edit and approve before it sends. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Platform badges (optional)
Your Google rating and review count are pulled straight from your Google Business Profile and refreshed automatically — you don’t enter them here.
A badge shows only when both its rating and count are filled in. Leave a platform blank to hide it.

Settings / Profile

Your business details, brand assets, and sending identity. Changes save to your profile.

Your market area How you describe your market area (shows in your newsletter). The specific cities we search for events, deals, and local content.
Your public profile How you appear on your website — your name, the email visitors reach you at, and your booking link. Shown as the agent name across your site. This is separate from your sign-in email. The address the “Email me” button uses. A deliberate public address — not your login. Your scheduling link. The “Book a call” button points here. Must start with http:// or https://.
Areas we serve (homepage cards) Up to 8 cities to feature on your homepage. Each needs a city and a one-line descriptor; the tag is optional. This is your own copy — The Boss never writes it for you. Saving replaces the whole set — remove a card and it’s gone.
Your video shot list (for your area videos) This is your one-afternoon b-roll shopping list for your “Living in” area videos — ten stops, a few shots each. Tick the ones you’ve already filmed. When The Boss writes a video, it only tells you to cut to shots you actually have, and lists the rest as this month’s targets. Same spot at a different time of day or season counts as a new shot.

Your ideal client (sharpens your content) Optional, but powerful. Tell The Boss who you're uniquely right for and why. When you fill this in, your SEO articles speak directly to that person and draw on your real experience — instead of sounding generic. All free-text; leave any blank.
